My Father, Denis P. Toal, is President of the Royal Canadian Regiment Association. He was to be here, in Windsor, this weekend for the re dedication of the Boer War, RCR monument in Jackson Park. He is too ill to attend. I shall be there for him. I will post pics of the event. The Parade is at 1pm with the re dedication ceremony afterwards.
